Title: Georgia’s HIV Epidemic & Your Clinical Practice: Modern tools for making HIV Prevention & Care Routine
Overview: Join Georgia Equality, the Georgia AIDS Education, a Truvada lawyer, the training Center staff and our community partners for a lunch & learn training designed for non-HIV specialist physicians, nurse practitioners, physician assistants and other clinical practitioners. Attendees will learn about Georgia’s long-entrenched HIV epidemic, gain knowledge of current science of treatment and prevention and gain insight into practical solutions for preventing new HIV infections and caring for HIV+ in the general clinical practice environment.
