We’re Back!

Well that was one HELL of a year, wasn’t it? Together we faced a global pandemic, completed the census, turned Georgia blue (twice!) AND defeated one of the most aggressively anti-trans legislative sessions to date. It was a lot, and I have never been more proud of our volunteer program. I hope you all took April to rest, recover, and revel in the truly AMAZING things we accomplished in the last 13 months.

I ALSO hope you are ready to get back at it! We have a full docket of volunteer actions this summer and I can’t wait to tell you all about it on Tuesday, May 11th at 7pm. From upcoming Supreme Court decisions to the Equality Act to Medicaid Expansion to Municipal Elections, we will be discussing the priorities for the volunteer program over the next 8 months and how you can stay involved.
The talking heads have said over and over that grassroots organizing was the secret special sauce that allowed us to transform politics in Georgia, and they were right. Come be a part of something bigger than yourself and help us build a Georgia that we can live, love and thrive in. See you there!
