File a Workplace Discrimination Claim


In order to file a discrimination claim, you need to consult your local Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) office. *The Equal Employment Opportunity Commission extends Title VII’s prohibition on sex discrimination to prohibit discrimination against transgender and gender non-conforming people.*
