Georgia Attorney General Sam Olens has until July 21st to decide whether or not the state of Georgia will 
defend its harmful and discriminatory marriage ban. More than a half dozen attorneys general in states across the country – from Kentucky to Pennsylvania to Virginia – have declined to defend laws that deny the freedom to marry to same-sex couples, and AG Olens should do the same.
Georgia Attorney General Sam Olens has the opportunity to do the right thing and avoid wasting tax-payer money defending the indefensible. Let Sam Olens know that Georgians of all political stripes support marriage equality and don’t want to see Georgia’s leaders spend our money to be on the wrong side of history yet again.
